Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "baji365," "we," "us," "our" refers to the baji365 platform, its operators, and its licensed affiliates responsible for operating the online casino and sports betting services available at baji365.vin.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers a baji365 account or accesses any baji365 service.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account held by a Player on the baji365 platform.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, promotions, customer support functions, deposit and withdrawal facilities, and any other features made available through baji365.vin.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency on the baji365 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, reload offer, or other incentive granted by baji365 to eligible Players in accordance with specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification using CNIC or equivalent documentation, that baji365 may require any Player to complete.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to baji365 and the use of any baji365 Service is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. baji365 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market on the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated software agents may not register Accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or agent of baji365 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by baji365 or any other gaming operator, at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during which your Account is active.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

baji365 reserves the right to request proof of age from any Player at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. baji365 may suspend or permanently close any Account where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, and any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be forfeited.

Account Registration

To access the full range of baji365 Services, you are required to register a personal Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You further agree to update your information promptly if any details change after registration.

Each Player may hold only one (1) baji365 Account. The registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited. baji365 employs technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate Account activity. Where multiple Accounts are identified, baji365 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baji365 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. baji365 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact baji365 support immediately.

• Registration requires a valid mobile number, a unique email address, and a secure password.
• baji365 may at any time require Players to complete full KYC verification by submitting a copy of their Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.
• Accounts that remain unverified following a KYC request may have deposit, withdrawal, and betting functions suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.
• baji365 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account balances on baji365 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). baji365 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cash deposit channels. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at baji365's sole discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your baji365 Account within the processing time published for the selected payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically processed within minutes. baji365 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. baji365 reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects originates from an illegal source.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification and compliance checks. baji365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where baji365 has reasonable grounds to investigate potential fraud, bonus abuse, or violations of these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

• baji365 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
• Any PKR balance remaining in a dormant Account (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee as published in baji365's Account policies.
• All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, consistent with the security standards maintained by HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank online banking portals.

Bonuses & Promotions

baji365 offers a range of Bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Pakistani calendar — including PSL season offers, Eid bonuses, and Ramadan reload promotions. The availability, amount, and specific terms of each promotion are published on the relevant baji365 promotional page and may change at any time.

All Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotional terms. Wagering Requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. baji365 will clearly state the applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and the eligible games or markets that contribute to wagering completion for each promotion.

• Bonuses are available to one Account per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same Bonus multiple times through different Accounts constitutes abuse and will result in Account closure.
• baji365 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus, void any Bonus-related winnings, and close an Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other practice designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Bonuses that remain unclaimed or where Wagering Requirements are not met within the promotional period specified will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
• baji365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the baji365 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or betting market, as published on the baji365 platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between general platform rules and game-specific or market-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail.

baji365 offers betting markets across a wide range of sports and events relevant to Pakistani players, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) cricket, international Test and T20I fixtures, UFC, football, and other sports. Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Odds are subject to change at any time up to the moment the bet is accepted and confirmed. A bet is only valid once a bet confirmation reference number has been issued by the baji365 system.

• baji365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at an incorrect price, or after the relevant event had already commenced.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of baji365's trading team shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and are published within each respective market. baji365 reserves the right to limit the stakes accepted from any Player at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent, unauthorised, or illegal means will be voided and the relevant Account closed.

Prohibited Conduct

By using the baji365 platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. A breach of this clause may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of any balance, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account on the baji365 platform or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC verification process.
• Using the baji365 platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing legislation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on baji365.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any error, malfunction, or technical vulnerability in the baji365 platform software to gain a financial advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying architecture of the baji365 platform.
• Engaging in any form of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or the systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Using your baji365 Account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the baji365 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, design elements, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of baji365 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baji365 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial, recreational gaming purposes. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any baji365 intellectual property beyond this limited licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any baji365 content without prior written consent from baji365.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji365, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the baji365 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of PKR funds attributable to any technical failure, service interruption, or third-party payment processing delay.

baji365 makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The baji365 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of baji365 to any Player exceed the total amount of PKR deposited by that Player into their baji365 Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

baji365 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable recreational activity for the majority of players, can become problematic for some individuals. baji365 provides a range of responsible gaming tools that are available free of charge to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their Account at any time through the Account settings panel.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated reminders that notify them of the duration of each gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to access their baji365 Account, and baji365 will not send marketing communications to that Player.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable on-screen reality check messages that display at configurable intervals during gaming sessions.

baji365 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any Account where it identifies patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling behaviour, without requiring the Player's consent to do so. For further information, please review our dedicated Responsible Gaming page.

Account Suspension & Closure

baji365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• baji365 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with the Account.
• baji365 is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The Player has engaged in behaviour that baji365 considers abusive, threatening, or offensive towards baji365 staff or other players.

Where an Account is closed by baji365 for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any genuine PKR balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

A Player may close their own Account at any time by contacting baji365 support. Requests for Account closure will be processed within a reasonable administrative period, during which no new deposits should be made.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under baji365's international operating licence. baji365 operates under international gaming licensing standards and adheres to the responsible gaming and fair play obligations imposed by those standards.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and baji365 regarding the settlement of a bet, the application of a Bonus, a transaction, or any other matter related to the baji365 Services, the Player should first contact baji365 customer support to seek an informal resolution. baji365 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to baji365's designated dispute resolution process as described in the applicable licensing framework. baji365's decision on matters within its sole discretion — including bet settlement, Bonus application, and Account management — shall be final subject only to any mandatory statutory rights available to the Player.

Amendments to These Terms

baji365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where baji365 makes a material change to these Terms, it will publish the updated Terms on the baji365 platform and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the baji365 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the baji365 platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11 above. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
